ovrimos_fetch_row ( int result_id [, int how [, int row_number]] )
ovrimos_fetch_row() は、結果セットから
レコードを取得します。カラムの値は、別の関数により取得する必要が
あります。成功した場合に TRUE を、失敗した場合に FALSE を返します。
