新規 SoapVar オブジェクトを生成します。
パラメータ
- data
渡すもしくは返すデータ
- encoding
エンコーディング ID。XSD_... 定数のうちの一つ。
- type_name
型名
- type_namespace
型の名前空間
- node_name
XML ノードの名前
- node_namespace
XML ノードの名前空間
