php_stream_open_wrapper_as_file ( char * path, char * mode, int options, char ** opened )
php_stream_open_wrapper_as_file() は
php_stream_open_wrapper() と非常に似ていますが、
ストリームを ANSI 標準入出力の FILE* ポインタに変換してストリームの代わりに
それを返す点が異なります。
この関数は、サードパーティのライブラリに FILE* を直接渡すための
近道として用意されています。
